Accounting Specialist

About the role

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an Accounting Specialist to support day‑to‑day finance operations for an international client. The role involves processing transactions, handling reconciliations, managing supplier invoices, and preparing basic financial reports while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Process bank and credit‑card reconciliations, supplier invoices, accounts payable and receivable, and client collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with the client’s in‑house accountant, support teams, and internal sales/administration teams.
• Follow up on missing information, approvals, and payment requirements to ensure timely supplier payments and client collections.
• Identify discrepancies, unresolved finance issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Support month‑end and period‑end accounting activities and assist in preparing management information reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or Xero.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
