Accountant – Construction Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to oversee financial records and reporting for our construction projects in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting within the construction sector and be ready to contribute to accurate financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to reconcile accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant accounting experience.
• Preference for mature, seasoned professionals.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting.

What we offer

• Salary during probation: PHP 28,000 – 30,000 per month.
• Free accommodation (meals not included).
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
