Warehouse Associate - Dispatcher

About the role

The Warehouse Associate – Dispatcher will ensure that every item is accurately checked and documented before loading, supporting DHL’s commitment to reliable logistics and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final checks on items prior to loading, confirming correct SKU, best‑before‑date (BBD) and quantity.
• Prepare and validate all required documentation, including pick‑slip copies, summaries, and TIC details.
• Verify declared out‑of‑stock (OS) items and any special customer instructions.
• Confirm loading requirements such as carton placement, stacking height, lot codes, and BBD compliance according to dispatch guidelines.

Required profile

• Resides in Sta. Rosa or nearby areas such as Cabuyao or Binan.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime, including holidays or Sundays, when needed.
