About the role
As a Virtual Receptionist at Venture Smarter, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, delivering a professional and welcoming experience. Working remotely, you will handle calls, emails, and scheduling while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls courteously.
- Manage emails, messages, and inquiries with timely responses.
- Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple time zones.
- Maintain accurate call logs and client interaction records.
- Provide information about company services and route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Perform light administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or virtual assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Professional demeanor and client‑focused attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with phone systems.
- Experience using email platforms.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Google Workspace.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
