About the role

We are looking for a detail‑obsessed Virtual Paralegal to join a client‑centered estate planning law firm through Offshore Launch. This fully remote position focuses on drafting, reviewing, and perfecting legal documents using specialized software and templates.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and review client data in drafting software systems.
• Draft legal documents using provided software, templates, and checklists.
• Proofread and edit documents to eliminate errors and ensure consistency.
• Conduct document reviews for formatting, grammar, and internal consistency.
