The Travel Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking comprehensive travel solutions. This role involves guiding customers through the entire journey planning process, from initial consultation to final booking, while ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. The associate must stay current with travel regulations, industry trends, and vendor offerings to provide accurate and up‑to‑date advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking complete travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, and accommodation options tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel vendors to ensure effective service delivery and negotiate favorable terms.
• Handle travel‑related inquiries promptly and resolve any issues or disruptions efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional customer service abilities.
