About the role
We are looking for a Travel Associate to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring all travel documents are accurate and ready.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and book flights, hotels, and transportation for clients.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and supplier offerings.
- Manage travel itineraries and verify that all travel documents are complete.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure competitive rates and packages.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
