Transport Planning Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Transport Planning Supervisor to lead our transport operations for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) business. Based in Marilao, Bulacan, you will ensure efficient dock scheduling, truck coordination and delivery compliance across our distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily transport activities, including dock appointment scheduling and truck dispatch.
• Monitor delivery compliance and manage proof of delivery documentation.
• Track and resolve rejection incidents and align transition processes.
• Implement customer‑centric scheduling to meet service level agreements.
• Integrate transport planning with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related course.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution management, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
