Training Specialist – Nationwide Field Role

About the role

Billease is seeking a proactive Training Specialist to deliver on‑site training and support to Sales Associates across the Philippines. The role focuses on building product knowledge, sales financing expertise, and customer engagement skills while travelling extensively to field locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site training sessions covering Billease products, sales techniques, and financing processes.
• Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.
• Monitor and evaluate Sales Associate performance, delivering actionable feedback and tailored training plans.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline training processes and develop relevant materials.
• Spend 100% of time in the field observing live customer interactions and acting as a liaison between associates and management.
• Analyze training outcomes and performance metrics, preparing reports with recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales financing or a related field.
• Prior experience in coaching or field training is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work 100% in the field, including weekends and non‑standard hours, and to travel to various locations.
• Strong process orientation and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
