About the role
Join a fast‑paced team that manages hotel accommodations and ground transportation for major touring Broadway productions and live events. You will handle a high volume of group bookings, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth coordination across dozens of active tours.
Key responsibilities
- Enter group and hotel booking information into the Marcato platform accurately and on time.
- Review and verify hotel and venue distance details on a weekly basis.
- Upload completed hotel charts and related documents to Dropbox.
- Import tour routing information, check for accuracy, and track rooming lists.
- Prepare reminder emails and follow up on missing rooming lists or hotel confirmations.
- Assist in drafting bid comparison reports and hotel contracts for client review.
- Maintain organized records and provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Provide regular updates and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Required profile
- Basic experience with Sabre or a willingness to learn.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, accurate with dates, bookings, and reports.
- Comfortable handling repetitive, high‑volume administrative tasks.
- Organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, proactive, and interested in a long‑term remote role.
- Available to work US business hours (primarily EST, occasional PST flexibility).
