About the role
The Telesales Account Manager II will own a portfolio of small‑to‑mid‑size customers across the United Kingdom and the Middle East. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end renewal cycles, upselling and cross‑selling, and delivering product demonstrations to accounts without a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of UK and Middle East accounts, focusing on higher‑value contracts.
- Lead the renewal process, including pricing discussions, contract scope alignment and negotiation.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account insights.
- Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs for non‑CSM accounts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio, roadmap and capabilities.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders via phone and virtual meetings.
- Use usage data to spot risk, prevent churn and support renewal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Specialists and Pricing teams, escalating complex cases.
- Keep accurate pipeline, forecasting and renewal records in Salesforce.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of college education.
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or B2B account management.
- Track record of managing renewals, pricing and contract negotiations.
- Confident presenter of product demos and customer presentations.
- Strong phone‑based selling, objection handling and follow‑up skills.
- Experience with subscription‑based or technology‑led products.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
