About the role

The Service Technician will perform maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks on elevators, escalators, and moving walkways in Santiago and nearby locations. The role supports safety policies and may assist other operational areas as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support the assigned supervisor and oversee technicians within the designated zone.
• Interact with clients, record faults, and report to management.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize digital platforms for reporting and documentation.
• Deliver timely and accurate paperwork.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator and escalator maintenance, including handling service claims.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Basic administrative skills (email, Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Punctuality, professional presentation, and a strong safety mindset.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility for shift changes, and effective communication.
