Technical Project Manager

About the role

Bedroq is expanding its Manila‑based technical delivery team to serve UK clients. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who blends hands‑on infrastructure expertise with strong project ownership. The role goes beyond coordination – you will engage in detailed technical discussions and drive end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of small to medium‑complexity IT projects and act as a billable TPM on larger engagements.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks and dependencies while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes and customer expectations.
• Lead technical conversations on solution approaches, sequencing, constraints and trade‑offs, and identify delivery risks early.
• Collaborate directly with Manila engineers, UK project managers and UK customers, challenging and validating technical decisions.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, delivery notes and ensure smooth handover to support and operations teams.

Required profile

• Career started in hands‑on technical delivery (e.g., Project Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer) within an MSP or similar environment.
• 5+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, cloud or workplace projects, with the ability to discuss technical details.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance technical depth with project management responsibilities.
