Technical Lead - SAP BusinessObjects

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in SAP BusinessObjects to drive the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑wide Business Intelligence solutions. The role will involve leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of reporting assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Web Intelligence (WebI) reports and dashboards.
• Design and build Universes using the Information Design Tool (IDT) and manage them via the Central Management Console (CMC).
• Create and optimize SAP BW/4HANA data models, queries, and reporting layers using BW Modeling Tools in Eclipse.
• Support and troubleshoot production BI environments, including transport management with SAP ChaRM.
• Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate cross‑functional BI initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Proven ability to design dimensional models, star schemas, and write complex SQL.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading large‑scale BI implementations.
