Tax Senior Manager (CPA)

About the role

KPMG is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role involves managing end‑to‑end tax processes, providing strategic tax advice, and coordinating with regional and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review the full tax compliance cycle for clients across multiple industries.
• Prepare and review tax analyses, computations, and returns for varied fact patterns.
• Lead tax advisory projects, including due diligence, compliance reviews, and independent CPA engagements.
• Conduct client calls and third‑party meetings, ensuring clear communication of tax issues.
• Utilise local research tools, tax software, and risk‑management procedures to deliver accurate work.
• Identify and flag potential tax planning opportunities within the local regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with regional teams, finance heads, and KPMG offices worldwide.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in tax practice.
• Strong understanding of domestic tax concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams, review junior staff work, and mentor staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and authority interactions.
