Talent Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Recruiter will lead the sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs across multiple departments. This role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess cultural fit.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluating skills, competencies, and motivation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Promote employer branding to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment content.
• Coordinate job offers, negotiate terms, and support onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or similar role with a successful hiring track record.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.
