About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead the sourcing, attraction, and hiring of top talent for Mega Prime Foods. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver high‑quality candidates who fit both the skill requirements and our company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions across various departments.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist applicants based on role criteria and cultural alignment.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely processing of offers and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Support employer branding initiatives and deliver a positive candidate experience.
