Supply Chain Executive / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive / Assistant Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on optimizing efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring seamless material flow to support production and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimisation, and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and inventory control to guarantee optimal material availability.
• Drive procurement strategies, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, supply risk, and cost performance, implementing improvement initiatives.
• Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions, customer complaints, and supply risks promptly.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supply chain team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and cost‑reduction programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning or NPI roles.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong presentation skills.
