Software Engineer – Multi-Language (Remote, $40/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise across multiple programming languages to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will play a pivotal role in assessing and refining coding challenges used in technical interviews, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, review, and validate multi‑language coding challenges and their solutions for technical interviews.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies, aligning content with best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate AI‑generated interview materials.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve code correctness, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Enforce clean‑code principles, robust documentation, and professional coding standards.
• Contribute to the development, review, and optimization of API integrations and data‑structure implementations.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go.
• Exceptional knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Extensive background in code review, debugging, and software design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
