We are seeking a passionate and innovative Software Engineer to develop Xerox solutions and deliver high‑quality software products that make a real impact. The role involves designing, building, and improving software using modern engineering practices and AI‑assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build software solutions using modern engineering practices and AI‑assisted development tools to meet user needs.
• Collaborate with engineers across teams to deliver complex solutions for new and existing products.
• Analyze and resolve software design and requirement issues using data‑driven and AI‑enabled tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Create clear, maintainable documentation for APIs and system designs to support scalable solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently, leveraging AI‑powered tools where appropriate.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and the Spring framework.
• Experience in full‑stack development (front‑end, back‑end, and database).
• Knowledge of cloud‑based development (advantage).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong grasp of Object‑Oriented Design and Programming principles.
• Ability to apply Generative AI techniques and AI‑assisted development tools.
