SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to design and execute search‑engine optimisation strategies that boost organic visibility, traffic and lead generation for a diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate is analytical, results‑driven and stays current with algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to uncover on‑page, technical and content SEO opportunities.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas and search demand.
• Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking and site structure for better rankings.
• Execute technical SEO improvements including crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability and structured data.
• Design and manage link‑building campaigns, monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links.
• Manage Google Business Profiles, local SEO campaigns and maintain local citations.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with content, development and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Stay informed on algorithm updates, emerging trends and support broader digital‑marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO.
• Ability to conduct audits, develop strategies and present actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
