Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Fulcrum Digital is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for technical positions across the United States, Europe, LATAM and the Philippines. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring managers to attract top‑tier talent in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS platforms to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, set recruitment goals and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and guide negotiations and offer presentations.
• Stay informed on labour market trends, salary benchmarks and compliance requirements in each region.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience with a focus on technical profiles.
• Proven success hiring across the United States, EU and the Philippines, understanding regional hiring practices and compliance.
• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
