Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialist to lead onboarding operations and shape our employer branding across multiple sites. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution to ensure a seamless pre‑boarding experience and a strong internal culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, propose and maintain the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure its consistent application across all recruitment channels.
• Design and drive the internal communications strategy, coordinating town halls, newsletters and digital platforms to reinforce corporate culture.
• Create and manage the annual employee engagement calendar, overseeing wellness, recognition and social initiatives while tracking participation KPIs.
• Supervise the post‑offer pre‑boarding process, guaranteeing 100 % compliance with medical clearances, background checks and legal documentation.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for administrative and specialized corporate roles, using advanced sourcing techniques and maintaining recruitment dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of HR/recruitment experience with proven exposure to onboarding management and employer branding.
• Strategic thinker capable of improving EVP and engagement frameworks.
• Strong project‑management skills to handle multiple initiatives across locations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with leadership and site teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data‑driven decision‑making.
