Senior Software Developer C++, Rust, Go

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in C++, Rust and Go to join a leading global technology company. The position is a long‑term contract based in Singapore, with the possibility to start remotely from any APAC location until a work permit is secured.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain efficient, secure, reusable, and reliable code.
• Develop cross‑platform solutions and ensure portability.
• Apply continuous technical excellence and good design principles to reduce complexity.
• Write test automation and support frequent incremental releases via a CD pipeline.
• Refactor, optimise and enhance existing code, algorithms and services.
• Promote sound engineering design, process and quality practices across the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to produce clean, well‑designed code.
• Strong experience with C++, Rust or Go and related tooling.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, OOP and service‑oriented patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with DDD, TDD, agile methodologies and CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Experience working on large code bases and resolving legacy issues.
• High attention to detail and a BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
