About the role
Insight is seeking a Senior Services Technician to join its hybrid team in Pasig. You will monitor, administer, and provide break/fix support for client‑managed appliances while ensuring patch compliance and system availability.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and administer client servers and managed appliances.
- Perform break/fix hardware support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Maintain patch compliance to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Support Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 services.
- Utilize ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools for incident and change management.
Required profile
- 5+ years in IT Service Desk or End‑User Support.
- Experience at L2/L2.5 level with L3‑leaning responsibilities.
- Background in managed services or large‑enterprise environments preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced support of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra.
- Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM or similar tools.
- Understanding of ITIL‑aligned service desk operations.
