Senior Roads Drafter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Roads Drafter to join our Manila team. In this role you will translate engineering concepts into detailed 2‑D and 3‑D drawings that support the delivery of complex road and civil infrastructure projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update and maintain technical drawings, plans, sections and construction documents in line with project standards.
• Manage drawing revisions, document control and quality checks to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date information.
• Produce 2‑D and 3‑D documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Assist with the digital setup of projects and improve documentation workflows.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design information and guarantee consistency across disciplines.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in road design drawing production.
• Proven ability to work within multi‑disciplinary teams delivering high‑quality outputs.
• Strong passion for engineering innovation and continuous learning.
• Australian project experience is a plus.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (2‑D and 3‑D).
• Civil 3D.
