Senior Project Manager (SAP/ERP)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP and ERP implementations to lead complex, enterprise‑wide projects. The role will work closely with business, finance and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from planning through go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP/ERP projects across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with business, finance and IT teams to gather and define system requirements.
• Plan, execute, and govern project activities, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources and expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Present progress, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience managing SAP, ERP or finance‑systems projects.
• Strong understanding of finance‑related applications and business processes.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end system implementations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project governance and stakeholder management.
• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management background is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
