Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, complex projects and change initiatives across the organization. You will drive projects from concept to benefits realization using the most suitable delivery framework, whether plan‑driven, agile, or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver project and program outcomes, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Create essential documents such as business cases, project charters, executive presentations, and action plans.
• Collaborate with agile teams to implement strategic initiatives and manage change using influencing and negotiation skills.
• Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships to drive execution and communication.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, peers, and other project managers.
• Design and execute clear, timely communication on project status, risks, and next steps.
• Coach teams on effective use of project and program management tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s Project and Change Management Methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in IT.
• Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT.
• Working knowledge of delivery frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent verbal communication in Filipino and English, with the ability to tailor messages to all organizational levels.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with business management concepts (operations, sales, finance, marketing, HR).
• Self‑driven, resilient, comfortable with setbacks and experimentation, and passionate about developing self and others.
