About the role
The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) – EPICS will design and deliver culturally iconic, insight‑led experiences that connect brands to consumers through entertainment, partnerships, influencers, culture and sport. Reporting to the Senior Director, IMX, the role is based in Taguig City and operates within a tightly integrated OU‑Market model.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the EPICS strategy and activation roadmap, aligning platforms, partnerships, influencers and cultural programs with brand, category and business priorities.
- Act as the market subject‑matter expert and thought leader, shaping standards, best practices and evolving the model through insights and first‑mover opportunities.
- Lead senior stakeholder alignment across Marketing, IMX and cross‑functional teams, influencing investment decisions and execution.
- Provide end‑to‑end operational oversight of EPICS experiential executions, including live events, on‑ground activations and physical experiences, ensuring safety, consistency and cultural impact.
- Translate brand objectives into connected EPICS platforms anchored on passion points such as music, gaming, youth culture and sports, ensuring consistency across retail, digital, media, experiential and commerce.
- Integrate EPICS into IMX brand campaigns and consumer journeys, partnering with Creative, Media, Social, Design and Insights teams.
- Lead agencies, rights holders, creators and production partners, ensuring speed, quality, compliance and value delivery.
- Build and govern the EPICS partner ecosystem, stewarding top‑tier partners while continuously discovering new creators, platforms and communities.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in integrated marketing, brand activation or experiential marketing.
- Strong expertise in cultural trends, entertainment, sport and youth‑centric platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and align senior stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic thinking, insight‑driven decision making and storytelling capabilities.
- Track record of delivering large‑scale live events and on‑ground activations with measurable impact.
