Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Manila as a Senior HR Business Partner. You will shape talent strategy for the Internal Firm Services practice, driving talent identification, development, and retention across a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent identification and development initiatives aligned with firm strategy and market trends.
• Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs to boost performance and growth.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter specialists to create and deliver continuous learning and training programs.
• Apply analytical thinking to assess and improve organizational effectiveness and employee relations.
• Guide teams through complex situations, using change‑management techniques for succession planning.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support strategic HR planning.
• Coach and provide feedback to develop high‑performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Validate outcomes of talent strategies and act on feedback to optimize performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services environment.
