Senior Front‑End Software Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

Maya is looking for a Senior Front‑End Software Engineer to join the Identity, Access & User (IAU) team. You will be the technical expert for building secure, high‑performance mobile and web applications that power our all‑in‑one financial ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and tech teams to refine requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Design and develop front‑end features for mobile (Flutter) and web platforms, adhering to functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Communicate progress, raise blockers, and escalate when necessary.
• Continuously improve technical skills and stay current with platform best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering mobile applications with Flutter.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one native mobile SDK (Android or iOS).
• Familiarity with modern IDEs and tools for mobile app development and deployment.
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns (OOP, SOLID, MVC, MVVM).
• Experience designing robust, secure, and performant front‑end solutions.
• Ability to integrate with APIs using HTTP/REST, event‑driven architectures, or GraphQL.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
