Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant from a top‑tier firm to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will train advanced AI systems. This is a remote, freelance, project‑based position focused on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) for AI agents.
• Create evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to benchmark AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI and data‑generation teams to ensure scenarios reflect authentic consulting workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modelling, market analysis, and strategic synthesis.
• Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
