Senior Art Director – Creative Services (Manila)

About the role

EY’s Global Delivery Services Creative Center of Excellence is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead visual design across multiple formats. Based in Manila, you will shape on‑brand, user‑centric creative solutions that support EY’s purpose of building a better working world.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the creative and visual direction for a wide range of collaterals, ensuring consistency with the EY brand.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with stakeholders, content and digital marketing teams to develop high‑impact concepts.
• Coach and mentor the wider Creative Services team, elevating design capability from execution to strategic brand building.
• Manage high‑visibility campaigns for global B2B clients, delivering innovative and memorable ideas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven track‑record of delivering memorable creative ideas that influence audience perception.
• Experience leading design teams in agency or in‑house environments, preferably for global B2B brands.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate strategy into visual concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
