About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote team in the Philippines. In this role you will generate new business opportunities for our UK‑focused sales team by conducting high‑volume outbound outreach and qualifying prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Make approximately 200 cold outbound calls per day to target UK industries.
- Generate leads through calls, outbound emails and social media outreach.
- Qualify prospects on need, authority and buying potential before handing them to Business Development Executives.
- Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and target strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new verticals and outreach opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and appointments.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales development, lead generation or telemarketing.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and achieve targets.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
