Safety Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead our occupational health and safety initiatives in Taguig. The role focuses on creating a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in safety management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Preferred certification in OHS (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
