Revit Architect – Onsite (Eastwood, QC)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Revit Architect to join our on‑site team in Eastwood, QC. You will be responsible for delivering BIM models, drawings and project documentation that meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models and detailed Revit drawings for assigned work packages.
• Develop schedules, specifications and assist in project planning, budgeting and time‑control.
• Review CAD and hard‑copy drawings to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Follow the Quality Assurance Procedure Manual (TAP) consistently.
• Keep senior team members updated on project progress and issues.
• Complete timesheets promptly and obtain approval for any overtime.

Required profile

• Graduate in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of solid Revit experience.
• Understanding of BIM processes, building regulations and construction methods in the UK, US, Middle East, Australia or New Zealand.
• Experience delivering projects with BIM deliverables, BEP, EIR, TIDP, federated models, BIM360 Design and Docs.
