Resident Transmission Engineer – Pakil Project

About the role

The Resident Transmission Engineer will lead on‑site supervision, inspection and coordination of transmission line and substation works for dam and hydropower projects in Pakil. The role ensures safe construction, strict compliance with designs and standards, and supports HSE implementation and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project‑specific HSE plans and enforce permit‑to‑work, isolation and lockout‑tagout procedures.
• Supervise and inspect tower erection, stringing, substation interface and grid connection works.
• Verify construction against approved drawings, specifications and standards.
• Identify non‑conformances, recommend corrective actions and record NCRs.
• Coordinate daily with resident engineers, HSE staff, contractors and client representatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site and inspection reports and maintain inspection records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in power transmission projects.
• 5–7 years as Resident Engineer, Site Engineer or Construction Supervisor for high‑voltage lines (≥69 kV) and substations.
• Direct experience with construction phases of hydropower or large power generation facilities.
