Resident Manager

About the role

The Resident Manager will lead the daily operations of The Henry Resort at Kermit Siargao, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day resort operations and maintain hospitality standards.
• Manage and develop staff, providing leadership and performance management.
• Control budgets, monitor financial performance and implement cost‑control measures.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, hospitality or hotel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong leadership, team management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Siargao.
