Reservation Staff

About the role

The Reservation Staff member will support the reservation process for property sites, acting as a key liaison between agents, buyers and the company. This role involves handling documentation, verifying buyer eligibility, and ensuring smooth completion of reservation transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process site reservations and assist agents and buyers throughout the reservation transaction.
• Check and evaluate all required documentation and assess the buyer’s capacity to pay.
• Conduct reservation briefings and help buyers sign reservation documents.
• Coordinate with project sites and be prepared to relocate as needed.

Required profile

• At least a vocational graduate or college‑level education.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to any project site and to undergo training in Quezon City.
• Open to working in Tanza, Cavite.
