About the role
ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for its Home Care Remote Team Members. You will act as a mentor, coach, and curriculum designer, helping new hires build confidence and competence for client‑facing roles.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching for new hires.
- Create, update, and maintain learning materials to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics during training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with other teams to align training with business objectives and client expectations.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
- Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
