Remote Training Specialist for Home Care

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for its Home Care Remote Team Members. You will act as a mentor, coach, and curriculum designer, helping new hires build confidence and competence for client‑facing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching for new hires.
• Create, update, and maintain learning materials to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics during training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with other teams to align training with business objectives and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
