Remote Property Management Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

United Field Services, Inc. is looking for a proactive Remote Property Management Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations across its property portfolio. Working entirely remotely, you will act as the central point of contact for vendors, tenants, and property managers, ensuring that maintenance requests are handled efficiently and properties remain in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate, and prioritize maintenance requests from property managers and tenants.
• Coordinate and schedule work with vendors and contractors, providing clear instructions and timelines.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with company standards, scope, and budget.
• Maintain and update a database of qualified vendors, tracking performance metrics.
• Conduct virtual inspections and follow‑up with vendors to verify quality of work.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, contracts, and generate regular reports.
• Provide timely communication to tenants and property managers regarding maintenance status.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on budget oversight and cost management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
