Remote Home Care Training Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a passionate Training Specialist to design and deliver meaningful learning experiences for its Remote Team Members (RTMs). In this fully remote position, you will mentor new hires, build confidence, and help them transition smoothly into client‑facing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for new RTMs.
• Create and continuously update learning materials to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Lead workshops, online classes, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics, maintaining accurate training records.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for helping others grow through training.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience designing instructional content for adult learners.
