Regional Account Manager – North Luzon (Payments)

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a Regional Account Manager to lead merchant acquisition and relationship management across North Luzon. You will promote Coins’ payment solutions—including POS terminals, QR payments, and e‑wallet services—to merchants in various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants to adopt Coins’ payment ecosystem.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates, service agreements, and other commercial terms.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for merchant issues and monitor portfolio performance.
• Conduct regular market visits, gather competitive intelligence, and propose upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, business development, or account management within fintech, banking, payments, or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout North Luzon for field visits.
