Recruitment Team Lead (Nightshift)

About the role

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Nightshift Recruitment Team Lead to coach, train, and develop its Recruiter L1 and L2 staff. The role focuses on managing escalations, ensuring service level agreements are met, and driving recruitment performance across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to improve future activity, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Coach and develop direct reports, ensuring they understand team processes and meet SLAs.
• Communicate process changes effectively so the team can adapt daily operations.
• Develop and retain talent, set high performance standards, hold team members accountable, and provide growth opportunities.
• Interview, select, and onboard new hires.
• Drive results with sound judgment and monitor business performance metrics.
• Manage risks and promote a culture of transparent, ethical escalation procedures.
• Lead by example, demonstrating ethics and integrity in decisions and actions.
