Recruitment Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to head a high‑performing group of recruiters. In this role you will drive hiring outcomes, ensure compliance with recruitment standards, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and hold a team of recruiters accountable to individual and collective hiring targets.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with standard recruitment processes and ATS usage.
• Partner with sales and leadership to keep compensation ranges market‑competitive and inform hiring strategy.
• Evaluate and assign new job orders, review job descriptions and facilitate calibrations with hiring managers.
• Track candidate processing times, manage interview schedules and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare and publish weekly recruitment reports, highlighting trends and defining action plans.
• Conduct regular internal calibrations to ensure fairness and consistency of evaluations.
• Stay current on industry trends, sourcing tools and best practices, introducing new ideas to the team.
• Provide hands‑on sourcing support using advanced Boolean search techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and niche sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams and driving performance against targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to generate actionable insights from recruitment data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, hiring managers and global recruitment partners.
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and market talent trends.
