Recruiter – G&A (Finance, Operations, Administration)

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a Recruiter to support General & Administrative hiring across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Administration. This fully remote, high‑volume role focuses on maintaining a clean recruiting process and ensuring candidates move smoothly through the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ATS hygiene for 10‑20 active G&A requisitions, keeping candidate records, statuses, dispositions, and notes up‑to‑date.
• Schedule and coordinate phone screens, hiring manager and panel interviews across multiple time zones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, providing confirmations, agendas, prep materials, and follow‑ups.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, flagging stalled candidates and scheduling bottlenecks.
• Manage candidate communications, including outreach replies, status updates, rejection notes, and offer logistics.
• Post and refresh job listings on job boards, the Command|Link careers site, and partner channels.
• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑schedule, interview load, pipeline coverage, and requisition aging.
• Identify process gaps and propose lightweight improvements to scheduling, ATS workflows, and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI tools to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and automate repetitive ATS and scheduling tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in tidy data and well‑run processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Effective communication with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader talent team.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and calendar management.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted recruiting tools.
• Ability to post jobs on various job boards and career sites.
