About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our insurance company in Makati. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support insurance agents with administrative needs.
Required profile
- Graduate of any course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Prior experience in clerical work, customer service, or a receptionist role.
- Ability to start immediately and work on‑site in Makati.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

What we offer
- Competitive salary of PHP 18,000 per month.
- Regular work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM.
