Real Estate Appointment Setter – Part‑Time Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our team on a part‑time, remote basis. You will focus on generating qualified leads by contacting prospective home sellers and buyers, especially owners of expired MLS listings, to build a strong pipeline for the Florida market.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective home sellers and buyers.
• Identify and contact owners of expired MLS listings using provided lists.
• Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and interest.
• Represent the real‑estate brand professionally during every interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.
• Coordinate with the principal agent to hand off qualified leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling within US real estate.
• Strong command of English with a neutral, professional accent.
• Ability to work consistently during EST business hours.
• High resilience and effective objection‑handling skills.
• Basic understanding of US real‑estate market dynamics.
