Project Staff for Materials Management

About the role

The Materials Management Project Staff will provide technical support for the inventory system, monitor stock levels, and execute a range of warehouse transactions. This on‑site, project‑based position supports Davao Light and Power’s material flow and ensures timely availability of supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Process inventory adjustments, corrections, and cycle counts.
• Receive, issue, and dispatch materials, preparing gate passes as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment orders.
• Serve as on‑call personnel for material issuance during emergencies or after hours.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts, power stackers, reach trucks, overhead cranes, cargo boom trucks, and standard cranes.
• Handle inter‑departmental material requests and coordinate shipments.
• Address inquiries on material availability and resolve inventory system issues.
• Prepare and manage MMD transaction documents and ensure compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and other management systems.
• Assist with administrative tasks including payment requests, purchase orders, and liquidations.

Required profile

• At least a 2nd‑year college student, K‑12 graduate, or holder of a relevant vocational certificate.
• Ability to work on‑site and be available for on‑call duties.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
