About the role
The Fleet Management Department is seeking a Project Staff member to support procurement and vehicle‑related operations. You will ensure that parts, equipment, and services are sourced efficiently while maintaining high quality and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Procure and deliver goods, materials, equipment and services at competitive prices and acceptable quality.
- Handle vehicle‑related complaints, monitor job orders, evaluate service providers, and manage vehicle registration, insurance and third‑party accident claims.
- Act as LTO Liaison Officer and maintain vehicle/motorbike registration records.
- Manage inventory, process billing and payments, and update dashboards and data reports.
- Plan resource use, schedule activities, and ensure compliance with ISO IMS, AMS and 5S initiatives.
- Support hazardous‑material handling and serve as backup for absent team members.
Required profile
- College graduate, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or OpenOffice applications.
- Experience with ERP systems (advantage).
